Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund rules are designed for international customers. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's country or region continue to apply.

30 Day Normal Return Window

For products eligible for a normal return, customers may contact us within 30 days after delivery. The item must meet the applicable return conditions. Some products may be excluded by law, hygiene requirements, product condition, or the product specific terms shown before purchase.

24 Hour Problem Report

For a product that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially mismatched, contact support within 24 hours after delivery so we can review the issue quickly. This shorter reporting period does not remove mandatory consumer rights where a longer period is required by law.

How to Report an Issue

Send your order number, name, email address, a clear description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant. Keep the product and packaging until support provides instructions.

Return Approval

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Approved returns must use the return method and address supplied by RZ Creative Shop.

For an approved return, use the return address and carrier instructions confirmed by support. Do not send returns to an address shown on a payment receipt or shipping label unless support confirms it is the correct return address.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For an approved wrong, damaged, defective, or materially mismatched item caused by the store or fulfillment process, RZ Creative Shop will provide the appropriate return shipping arrangement. For an eligible customer requested return such as size, fit, preference, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless applicable law or the order terms require otherwise.

Original Shipping Fee

Refund of the original shipping charge depends on the reason for the return, the shipping service purchased, the order terms, and applicable consumer law. Where the store is responsible for a wrong, damaged, defective, or materially mismatched item, the applicable refund will include required shipping amounts.

Refund Amount and Deductions

The normal refund is the eligible amount actually paid for the returned product. No automatic deduction is applied merely because a return is requested. Any lawful deduction, excluded amount, or non refundable service charge will be explained when the return is approved.

Payment Processing Fees

Payment providers may charge processing fees to the merchant and may not return those fees. Any treatment of such fees will follow the applicable payment provider rules, order terms, and mandatory consumer law. Customers will not be charged an undisclosed deduction.

Cosmetics and Hygiene Products

Opened or used cosmetics, beauty, personal care, hygiene, or similar products may be excluded from normal returns for health and hygiene reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Product Condition

Approved normal returns should be unused and in the condition required by the applicable return terms, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and included items where applicable.

Refund Processing

After an eligible return or claim is approved and any required return conditions are completed, the refund is normally initiated to the original payment method where technically possible. RZ Creative Shop aims to process approved refunds promptly. The customer should allow their payment provider, bank, or card network additional processing time. In all cases, applicable mandatory legal refund periods prevail.

Order Cancellation

Contact support as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, or dispatch begins. If cancellation is accepted, the refund is handled through the original payment method where possible.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not remove or reduce any mandatory warranty, guarantee, cooling off, cancellation, refund, replacement, or consumer protection rights that apply in the customer's country or region.
