Payment & Billing Policy

Payment methods and the final amount payable are shown by WooCommerce checkout for the customer's order and destination.

Payment Methods

Only payment methods displayed and available at checkout can be used. Availability can vary by country, currency, order contents, risk checks, and payment provider.

Authorization

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization or confirmation. A payment attempt may be declined, reversed, held for review, or require additional verification by the payment provider.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes shown at checkout are calculated according to the store configuration and available tax services. Destination country import duties, customs, VAT, GST, brokerage, or similar charges may be payable separately where applicable.

Currency

The store currency and any currency conversion displayed at checkout are controlled by WooCommerce and the payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee.

Billing Information

Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. A payment provider may request additional verification.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.

If you do not recognize a transaction or believe an order has a problem, contact support promptly. Nothing here limits any legal payment dispute or consumer protection right.
